I took my truck in for some repairs after a collision, and I was impressed by how friendly and informative the staff was. They took the time to explain everything and provided a detailed estimate upfront, which I appreciated. The repair work was done well, and they even polished my truck to a shiny finish! However, I did experience a bit of a delay in getting my vehicle back, which was a little frustrating as I had planned to use it over the weekend. I understand that good work takes time, but better communication regarding timelines could improve the overall experience.
